Improve your dog's attention on walks- German Shepherd

In this video, I show you how to improve your dog's attention while walking them on leash. I am working with a 2 year old German Shepherd in the video. I show you two exercises.
The first exercise shows you how to train in a u-turn. This is helpful in many real world situations.
The second exercise builds on the first exercise, but instead of giving the dog food, we allow them to smell and sniff the ground. This shows the dog that listening to you allows them to get something they want.

By incorporating these two exercises, you begin to see your dog's attention on your begin to improve quickly.
